  1. Authorize distributors to sell PMA graphene products in a specific area;
  2. Share the graphene products manual to guide distributors to operate graphene products business;
  3. Provide training for graphene products manager and professional technical support;
  4. Provide electronic catalog of graphene products to help distributors quickly query the codes of PMA graphene products;
  5. Offer business policy incentive and annual business rewards according to the sales targets set and accomplishment gained by the distributors;
  6. Can choose to distribute only graphene heating film, or one of the products we have already developed;
  7. PMA will regularly upgrade old products, and ensure that new products are provided to distributors every quarter;
  8. Guarantee the price to the distributor is the lowest in the world;
  9. PMA provides professional after-sales support to ensure that a certain percentage of spares will be prepared for each batch of products to respond to various situations;
  10. Expense support: When the distributor participates in some exhibitions or activities, PMA will give a certain rate of reimbursement.
  1. Have legal business qualifications in the local area, and have experience in the distribution of products for other brands preferred;
  2. Have sufficient graphene products sales channels (including offline and online);
  3. Ensure that the PMA graphene products sold are genuine those are purchased from PMA, and the distributors are obliged to maintain the PMA brand image;
  4. Reasonable and stable price shall be formulated in accordance with the local price policy.
  1. Submit the application with the distributor introduction, qualification materials and detailed business plan;
  2. PMA will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the distributor, and confirm whether to cooperate according to the evaluation result;
  3. The parties shall sign a distributor agreement on the sales of graphene products;
  4. PMA will provide the distributor with the training of graphene products operation;
  5. The distributor shall complete the purchase of the first batch of graphene products ordered from PMA.
